DELIVERY
We post most goods within the UK by recorded delivery. Please therefore provide a delivery address where someone is available to sign for the goods. We regret that we are unable to post any of the footwear to outside the UK as the postage costs are too prohibitive.
A variable postage charge is attached to each product, dependent on weight. The total postage charge is made clear during the ordering procedure.
RETURNS POLICY
We want you to be delighted with your purchases. If you are not happy for any reason please return the unwanted goods to our Montpellier address, within fourteen days of receipt, for a refund. We will refund the cost of the goods only, not the inward or outward postage and packing charges.
Please return the goods unworn, with the original labels attached and in the original packaging.
We strongly recommend that you return the goods by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
In the interests of hygiene, earrings cannot be returned.
All the above does not affect your statutory rights.

Every care has been taken to ensure that the colour reproduction is as close a representation as possible, however a slight variation in the actual goods may occur.
